Delivery information

Deliveries are madefrom Monday to Friday between 9 am and 6 pm:

After sending the order, you will be contacted by a sales consultant who will establish with you the details related to delivery.

Delivery of products in local stock 24/48 hours after order confirmation. For products in external stock, you will be notified of an estimated delivery date.

SHIPPING CHARGES:

The delivery fee is 24 lei, and for orders over 450 lei the delivery is FREE (within the limit of 20 kg, for parcels exceeding this weight you will be notified of the additional weight fee).

Volumetric weight:

If the package has a large size-weight ratio (volumetric weight), you can take into account its volumetric weight, when calculating shipping rates. In this case, the sales consultant will He will also inform you of the shipping cost.

Examples of products with a high size-to-weight ratio (volumetric weight):

      - Tires, rims, trunk boxes, etc.

Please, upon receipt of the parcel, carefully receive the received parts! Any notifications related to the lack of some landmarks or their damage during transport must be reported to the courier upon receipt of the parcel.

If the received product is damaged (hit, scratched, cracked, chipped, broken) we recommend that you refuse the delivery. If you still accepted the package, we recommend that you ask the courier to complete a verbal process and notify within 24 hours of delivery by filling in the contact form or by email to office@autofarm.ro. Failure to complete the report in the presence of the courier who made the delivery and any subsequent reporting will make it difficult to resolve the issue.
