We, Autofarm Online SRL, make constant efforts to keep the data accurate displayed on the website www.autofarm.ro. Due to the large volume of products displayed, there may be inaccuracies (the photos are for presentation purposes, the displayed products may have accessories not included, their specifications and prices may be changed by the manufacturer without notice or may contain errors of operation, the price is ridiculous, the displayed products cannot be delivered). Thus, any pre-order or order containing such errors will not be honored.

Stock and the displayed price does not update in real time and represents the stock and the price shown by the supplier at the time of providing the price lists. Due to the many products displayed, these updates are made periodically and may sometimes contain errors.

Order Procedure

• Parts whose value per piece is less than 10 lei are not subject to return.

The Seller reserves the right to cancel the order without further obligation of either party to each other or without either party being able to claim the other damages, in the following situations, and no only:

• The prices displayed on the autofarm.ro website are the result of a material error;
• The product(s) ordered are not is still in stock;
• The transaction was not accepted by the bank issuing the Buyer's card;
• The data provided by the Customer/Buyer on the Site are incomplete and/or incorrect.

Warranties

All the products are accompanied by an invoice and warranty certificate (manufacturer or seller) of up to 24 months. Products are an exception consumables that can last up to 6 months.

Warranty is of two types: a. Seller's legal obligation (legal warranty) and/or b. Any commitment assumed by the seller or manufacturer (warranty commercial) towards the consumer, without requesting any costs additional, refund of the price paid by the consumer, repair or replacement of the purchased product, if it does not correspond the conditions stated in the warranty statements or in related advertising. The term of the legal guarantee of conformity is of 2 years and is calculated from the date of delivery of the product, according to the Law 449/2003.
